Take control of rising energy costs with commercial solar PV. We design and install roof and ground-mounted systems with optional battery storage, sized to your usage and fully certified.
Commercial solar: the math
A typical commercial building — office or retail — uses somewhere between 50 and 200kWh a day, and electricity is one of the few overheads you can genuinely design out. A 20kW array on a 1000m² roof generates roughly 25–30kWh on a good day, which covers a quarter to a half of that consumption. Payback normally lands in the four-to-seven year range, after which you have fifteen years or more of generation you already own. We model it against your actual half-hourly consumption, not a national average.
System sizing and design
We model your building's actual consumption (peak hours? evenings? weekends?), your roof geometry and shading, and design a system that matches — oversize and you're paying for power you export at low rates; undersize and you miss savings. Battery storage (5–10kWh) shifts morning/afternoon solar to cover peak-rate hours, recouping investment faster.
Export revenue and grants
The Smart Export Guarantee pays you for surplus you feed back to the grid. The export rate is always lower than the rate you buy at, so self-consumption is worth more than export — but on a commercial roof the surplus is real revenue rather than waste. Regional and sectoral grants also exist and can cover a meaningful share of the installation; we identify what you qualify for.
Maintenance and monitoring
Solar systems need minimal maintenance (annual inspection, occasional cleaning). Monitoring shows real-time generation vs. consumption, so finance can see actual savings. Most systems come with 25-year warranties.
