Offset heavy energy use with large-scale industrial solar PV. We design and install roof and ground-mounted arrays with storage and metering, sized to your site’s demand.
Industrial solar: slash energy overheads
For a factory drawing around 500kWh a day, electricity is one of the largest fixed overheads in the business and one of the very few you can permanently reduce with a capital project. A 100kW array generates roughly 120–150kWh on good days, taking a substantial bite out of that draw. Payback normally lands in the four-to-seven year range, and the array is built for twenty years and more beyond it — which is why it tends to compare well against most other capital investments on the list.
System sizing and storage
We model your actual consumption (24/7? peaks at shift change?), your roof/ground space, and design an array sized to match — covering 30–60% of consumption on average. Battery storage (50–200kWh) shifts daytime solar to cover evening peaks, maximizing self-use.
Export revenue
Surplus generation feeds back to the grid under the Smart Export Guarantee. The export rate is lower than what you pay to buy electricity in, so it is always better to use your own generation than to sell it — but on a large array the fifth or so of output that you cannot self-consume still comes back as a standing credit rather than being wasted.
