We deliver industrial rewires and new installations — machinery wiring, power distribution, control and containment — engineered for demanding environments and certified to current standards.
Industrial rewiring: zero production loss
A factory shutdown for a rewire = lost production, delayed orders, customer penalties. Industrial systems are designed for 24/7 operation, so rewiring must be phased carefully: section by section, equipment by equipment, keeping production running. Heavy machinery, 3-phase supply, control wiring — all must be engineered precisely or you risk fires, shocks, or machine damage.
Phasing strategy
We assess your production flow, identify sections that CAN go down briefly, and rewire them in sequence — keeping the rest live. Temporary power feeds, careful isolation, testing every machine before re-energizing. A factory rewire might take 6–12 weeks when phased, vs. 2–3 weeks if you could shut down (which you can't).
Machinery connections + control
Every machine needs properly-sized supply, correct protection, and control wiring (start/stop buttons, emergency stops). We engineer each connection to spec, test it safely, and document it so maintenance engineers understand the system.
Planning it around production
An industrial rewire is scoped on site complexity — the number of distribution boards, the containment routes, how much of it can be done live and how much needs a shutdown. The single biggest lever on disruption is when you do it: schedule the work into naturally slower periods and the impact on production is a fraction of what it would be mid-season. We build the programme around that.
